Return of Faulty
you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should
return the item to us with a note explaining what you believe the
problem to be. Once we receive the faulty item we will investigate the
fault and contact you to agree on the most appropriate resolution.
Return of Gift Items
can return the goods via the return guidelines mentioned above and are
included in your packing slip. However, please be aware that as part of
the returns process, the purchaser or the goods will be notified by
email of any returns, refunds, or replacements. Unfortunately, we
