We welcome any complements or complaints about our service; we depend on you to tell us how we can improve what we are doing. Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please e-mail our customer services team and state that you are making a complaint.
We will wherever possible respond within 1 working day, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution. Our aim is to resolve complaints within 5 working days.
If you are not happy with our response, you should contact us again and ask for the issue to be dealt with by the Customer Services Supervisor. They will respond within 24 hours:
